Because our music is custom-generated and professionally mastered exclusively for our platform, we have specific guidelines on how our audio can be used outside the app.

1. Free Tracks (Full Downloads)
Tracks available for full download on the Free tier are meant to be shared! You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these tracks in your social media videos and personal projects, provided you give proper credit.
Rule: Mandatory Attribution
If you use a free track in your video, you must include the following credit in your video description or caption:

2. Premium Previews (Short Clips)
For tracks locked behind Jhooma Pro, we offer short, downloadable preview clips. These are perfect for quick social media updates, stories, or short-form video content.
Rule: Optional (But Appreciated) Attribution
You are free to use downloaded preview clips in your social media content. While crediting Jhooma is not strictly legally required for these short snippets, tagging @jhooma helps our platform grow and is highly appreciated!
3. Full Premium Tracks (Stream-Only)
Full-length tracks available exclusively to Jhooma Pro subscribers are the core of our platform. These tracks are marked as non-downloadable and are meant only for your personal listening enjoyment.
Rule: Strictly Prohibited Outside Jhooma
- You may not copy, rip, screen-record, or extract the audio from full premium tracks.
- You may not upload, broadcast, or use full premium tracks in any videos, podcasts, or social media posts.
- These tracks are strictly for on-demand streaming and encrypted offline listening within the Jhooma app and website.
4. Prohibited Uses for ALL Tracks
Regardless of whether a track is Free or Premium, the following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in copyright strikes and account termination:
- Audio Distribution: You may not upload Jhooma's audio files to other music streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or YouTube Music) as standalone audio tracks.
- Claiming Ownership: You may not claim original ownership, copyright, or authorship of the musical composition, lyrics, or audio file.
- Commercial/Corporate Use: The licenses granted above are for personal and social media creator use. You may not use Jhooma's music in paid television commercials, theatrical films, or corporate broadcast advertisements without a separate commercial license.
